Submitting an enquiry, receiving a response, or downloading a resource does not in itself create a binding supply agreement. A project becomes commercially binding only when the relevant quotation, purchase order, tooling agreement, or other applicable commercial document has been accepted in writing by both parties.

Quotations are subject to the assumptions, scope, validity period, and exclusions stated in the quotation itself. Lead times, pricing, materials, and delivery commitments may change if the project scope, part design, tool condition, input files, or commercial assumptions change.

You confirm that any files, drawings, models, or information you submit may be shared with Millennium Plastics for the purpose of review, quotation, or project execution. Ownership of intellectual property remains as agreed between the parties in the relevant commercial documents. If IP ownership, tooling ownership, or confidentiality obligations are important to the project, they should be defined clearly before work begins.

Any terms relating to tooling ownership, storage, maintenance responsibility, repair approvals, modification rights, customer-supplied tools, or disposal of tooling will be governed by the specific tooling or supply agreement applicable to that project.

Material suggestions and processing guidance are based on information available at the time of review. Final suitability for the intended application, environment, compliance regime, and end use should be confirmed as part of the project approval process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millennium Plastics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on general website content. Specific liability positions for live projects should be governed by the relevant commercial agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa unless a written agreement states otherwise. Any disputes should be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions agreed between the parties or, where none applies, under the applicable law.
